What is updated versus the original English example:
name (same as in international patient record)
identifier (unique identifier for the vaccinated person)
country (same as existing country in international patient record, e.g. SAU, CHN...)
centre (same as existing country in international patient record)
hcid (Health Certificate ID)
Other items stay the same as the English example, ie. vaccine info, hw (ID of the Health Worker) and pha (Public Health Authority.)
