• updated logical modes and terminology assets
• FML maps and structure maps from cert standard logical models to core data set logical model

Pending items include

• update ICAO and DIVOC structure maps with translations using newly added concept maps
• adding DIVOC test result structure map
• fix unit tests

Test instructions are found in the /structuremap-tests/structuremap-tests.sh

Note that Matchbox tests will fail due to version incompatibility, release has not yet incorporated latest HL7 FHIR Core release.

Some validator_cli.jar tests will fail as well due to missing translations as above.
