1. Convulsion in this illness question is missing from danger signs
2. Oral fluid test not prompted in danger signs when “Vomitting”= “Vomitting everything”
3. Not able to proceed measurements when MUAC and weight not entered (screenshot)
4. Wording for answer options in Cough and DB, diarrhea, ear discharge etc need to be corrected
5. Fever reported question missing
6. CL for Fever for how long needs to be corrected
7. CL for Skin problem and Itchy skin needs to be corrected
8. Malaria risk question needs to be hidden from symptoms. For am we have malaria risk= High malaria risk. So, we do not need that question.
9. Refusal to use a limb question is missing
10. Has Clouding of the Cornea previously been treated CL needs to be corrected
11. Types of skin problems (answer options are not updated for Cameroon, show Iraq data)
12. Conditional logic for Duration of Mumps needs to be corrected
13. Odema of both feet question is missing
14. Calculated elements (fast breathing) need to be formatted like that of Iraq
15. Mucous membrane pallor is Iraq specific it should not appear in Cameroon
