@delcroip The initial Expressions because of the exception:

org.opencds.cqf.cql.engine.exception.CqlException: Translation of library emcareb6measurements failed with the following message: Could not load source for library WeightForAge, version 1.0.0.

Uploading this to server with correct version should resolve this.
