Pneumonia incorrectly displayed when infant met criteria for Possible Serious Bacterial Infection or Very Severe disease. #171

In Classifications sheet in Iraq DAK you can see that we have conditional logic for Pneumonia as

"Classification" != Possible Serious Bacterial Infection OR Very Severe Disease

so it should not appear if PSBI or severe disease

Tested on prod 1.1.5. Look ok
