Missing preventive counseling prompted when no classifications #27

If no classifications are met, the child still needs the preventive counseling. Currently if there are no classifications met, no counseling is prompted. This should include "Assess other problems", "Assess the mother's health needs" "Advise the caregiver on when to return immediately", and "Feeding recommendations"

This is just displaying a text message in case of no classifications prompted/selected. I had added a row in Iraq DAK simple treatment for the same. However Gillian needs to review it once.

Not sure it will be displayed often as the is often no anemia, no ....

Hi Patrick, This looks good, except that there are strange quotation marks in between each of the phrases. Can those be removed so the text is just normal text without quotations? Also, just FYI, the use case is specifically if the user has "rejected" or not accepted the classifications, in which case no classifications are listed. Otherwise as you correctly state, they would always have the "no XX" classifications.
