Caregiver phone number label not correct #36

When a new caregiver is added, the data element "primary caregiver mobile telephone number" displays. But we have not stated that is the "primary" caregiver and all other data elements on this page say "caregiver" not primary caregiver. The phone number data element also needs to have a min and max number of digits and indicate to the user whether the country and/or area code should be entered or not.

Right we are calling it as Caregiver mobile phone number.We have dropped the word 'Primary'.

In what I tested today "Primary" was still showing up.
