need dose number in logical model #3

The model ICVP (annex 6) has rows which corresponds to dose number

@litlfred each row corresponds to Dose#1, Dose#2 etc of a given vaccine. Therefore each model ICVP corresponds to only 1 vaccine?

There's going to be two cases I think. One in which we only want a specific immunization event with a QR code for that. So each row would correspond to a QR code containing that information. Then we will also need the case of a verifiable Health Link QR code which points to a profile of the IPS to limit to vaccinations (and a further profile of this to limit to the case of yellow fever and polio) Cheers, -carl
