As an author, I want an easy and quick way for testing changes to artifacts like extractable Questionnaires, and Measures and Plan/ActivityDefinitions, to avoid slow cumbersome testing to contribute to buffered work (i.e. huge chunks of untested code, where small increments would have been much easier to address).
