peerDependencies were not updated in angular-pharkas@4 #46

Is there a better way to automate this and/or test it/lint it? This over-reliance on peerDeps in Angular and constantly getting them wrong because they aren't easily testable is rather irritating, especially in this monorepo life that Angular loves with its own bespoke monorepo manager that doesn't use npm workspaces.

A quick search did not turn up any linter automation here. 😿 I don't feel like writing it myself, so I expect this issue to recur in the future.
