processed ontology curations from Alli G #134

Adds Alli G's updates to the ontology, with clusters added to the appropriate location in the existing ontology. I added examples to existing nodes if there was overlap and removed some examples and some nodes when they were covered by other entries.

One unresolved issue is there are some non-leaf nodes without any child nodes (crop_lands, major_crops, other_crops, standing_crops, stable_crops, tree_crops, desert_locusts and locusts). Is this a problem? If so, I can turn them into leaf nodes where the name and example is the current name of the non-leaf node.

It passed the spell check. Will @bgyori eventually do the honors of tagging the update? According to the discussion on slack, this will be a version number used for a collection of 10,000 documents but it will be changed again for the larger 60K+.

This looks good to me but I can only make the new release in about an hour so if someone else wants to merge it and do that first, I'm fine with that too.
