Start using (testing, exporting) wm_flat #64

This complains about the duplicate leaf nodes that I have noted elsewhere. Possible options are not to make them, to disable all of TestDomainOntology for wm_flat, or to disable just the check for duplicates but for all files.

thanks! I removed the duplicated "shelter" and "planting" names (through renaming), we can see if it all passes now
