Ability to add "My Location" to the WebClient #1

Open benkunz opened 9 years ago

Under View, is there a way to set a new "My Location"?  It looks like it's currently set to somewhere close to Seattle and I can't figure out how to change it.  It would be good for students to be able to input their own location.

Furthermore, when I put in "Real Time," which is current 3:30pm, the solar system view is showing that Africa/Europe are currently experiencing daytime, and the US is in night time.  Shouldn't it show that it's afternoon in Seattle?

Issue re-opened as this enhancement is a very desirable feature.

Repeated request for this - From Alyssa Goodman email on 4/20 after conversation at Northwestern University with various OpenWWT constituents.

Ok, I just looked into this. I can do it in 3-4 hours end to end.
