When loading a .wtt file that isn't valid should give a message #147

The failure of a web client to read a .wtt file brought up another issue. We should give some warning when it finds to it not be a valid tour to say so rather than failing silently.

This is fixed on master and staged. Please test. You can use http://thewebkid.com/corrupted.wtt if you like as a bad tour url.
