404 page from link under video on Getting Started #2

Link goes to 404 page (looks like there is an extra / in the URL http://wwt-web01.cloudapp.net//Content/Tours/Getting%20Started%20with%20WWT%20-%20v1.2.wtt

note that this repros only on the Azure website not the live site
