Set Foreground not working properly #30

From Alyssa - I tried to do a foreground/background slider demo using All-Sky images (which used to work) and it didn’t work.
Then, this afternoon, I noticed that if I click on a contextual thumbnail at the bottom of the screen, then I get foreground/background options back & they work. WEIRDER still, if I do that first & then try the same All-Sky layers (selecting one as foreground & one as background) then they WORK too. BUT, if I start with All-Sky, the layer slider doesn’t work. I’ve tested this all 3 times & it’s repeatable (in Safari—haven’t tried other browsers for lack of time).

Ben repro: In Firefox or Chrome Click on All Sky Survey Try Setting WMAP, IRIS, WISE All Sky

RESULTS Nothing happens

EXPECTED Foreground to be set

Note that Set as Background does work

Seems to work in IE11
