Change the webclient to get its "explore root" from a new URL,
http://worldwidetelescope.org/wwtweb/catalog.aspx?W=explorerootweb, that we'll
maintain using the core-catalogs infrastructure
Update the searchdata.min.js implementation to use a new file also generated using the core-catalogs
infrastructure, incorporating our many new imagesets and data fixes into the corpus. It was a surprising amount
of work to figure out how to regenerate a file comparable to the existing example.

The updated explore-root file adds our new JWST WTML as a top-level folder, in prep for the image release next week.
