Language Localization in Web Client #95

You can select another language in the Menu/Settings in the mobile web client. However, it doesn't change the high-level menu the resulting localization is inconsistent languages. For instance translating "lat" but not "long". This inconsistency exists for the small (phone) and desktop browsers. I'm attaching screenshots from my iPhone, but it is the same for the web client on a desktop browser.

We no longer have microsoft research providing us with localization resources. If they are not coming through in a language, that is because we just don't have translated versions. WebGL is a good example of something we added after open source. Assigning to Peter as FYI, but I think this gets punted until we have full resources to undertake this.
