Keep panels open during tour when main view is detached #157

Hello,

I have selected "Detach main view to second monitor", and it would be nice if there was a way to have the menus, top ribbon, and layer panel stay open when running a tour in this setup. This would be especially useful when using WWT for live presentation, to be able to see the structure of the tour and have quick access to layers.
