Move data cache location #177

This PR moves the cache directory from Microsoft\WorldWideTelescope to American Astronomical Society\WorldWideTelescope, and the data cabinet files to American Astronomical Society\WorldWideTelescope\data (all of these paths are relative to the user's local application data directory).

As with the install location change, we should definitely document this carefully and flag it in the release notes, but once again this will be important for not misleading people, thanks.
