Updated IntelliJ IDE settings

Description of the Change

Updated the IntelliJ IDE settings to use IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition 2019.1
Changed the IDE project name to WorldWindJava-CE
Updated the library dependencies to include jackson.jar (Re: PR #23)

Why Should This Be In Core?

IntelliJ IDEA is the IDE used by the NASA WorldWind team. The IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition provides an entry into compiling, building and testing the WorldWindJava library and its examples with minimal setup or hardship.

Benefits

Maintaining compatibility with with the IntelliJ IDE code style settings helps ensures this fork's code styling remains consistent with the upstream repo.

Potential Drawbacks

None.
