Go To feature has stopped working #101

Nothing happens when you click the Go To button (should display an error message if there's an error).

Error 403 (forbidden)

No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://localhost:8383' is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 403.

"You have exceeded the number of monthly transactions included with your current plan. If you need additional transactions, please consider upgrading to a plan that offers additional transactions. If you would like to talk to an Account Manager about Enterprise Edition licensing options, please contact sales@mapquest.com."

Added a warning message and a console log entry advising the need for a MapQuest API access key. See https://developer.mapquest.com/
