Brand the WorldWindow with "Powered by ESA-NASA WorldWind" #82

Brand the WorldWindow (the Globe window) instead of the application.

Add branding to the lower left corner of the window
Add the ESA logo and NASA "Meatball" logo followed by "WorldWind"
ScreenImage and ScreenText

Added "Powered by ESA-NASA WorldWind" text to the About panel.

Not applicable. The project is now powered by WorldWindJS (a fork of WebWorldWind)
