Marker eye distance scaling out of sync with WeatherScouts and FireLookouts #16

The eye distance scaling should be similar for all placemarks. Currently only the Markers have eye distance scaling applied, and they are too small.

Eye distance scaling is now disabled for all Placemarks until a consistent application of the scaling factor is applied to all.
