The date/time used for the computed fire behavior must be displayed to ensure the correctness and relevancy to the situation.

Display in the callout
Display in the info panel

Fixed callout

Added the date and time (from sunlight var) used for the fire behavior calculation. See commit a3146bba6abb34b1b471238cd22af8a1b8002e6a

Will also date/time add to info panel during its evolution.
