Mitigate suspension of NASA WorldWind elevation servers #26

With the upcoming suspension of the NASA WorldWind project on April 5, 2019, elevation coverages referencing worldwind26.arc.nasa.gov/elev must be changed to servers external to NASA.

emxsys.net has a WMS elevation server on standby if the suspension becomes a reality on May 3rd (the latest extension).

On May 22, 2019 NASA posted this favorable notice on their website (emphasis added by me):

Currently WorldWind is undergoing system evaluation. We will not be able to accept any software update requests. WorldWind users can continue to access the NASA servers and SDKs, available on Github. More information will be provided in the near future.

It looks like NASA's support of the of the elevation servers will continue. :-)
