[notes, core/embedsplitter] "Field value too long" in case with long series of join/parts after a long-ish note

Context:

• A record of type "temp", body length 248 characters, is the most recent record.
• After that record, nine total join and part records exist.

Reproduction:

1. Issue the command .notes *kazID for the user described above.

Result: "Field value too long" error. The user records are not displayed.

Expected result: the user records are displayed.

Workarounds:

• Removing the record mentioned in the 'context' section fixes the bug. (The preceding note is shorter, 135 characters.)
• Inserting a new record (with a shorter body text) between the above record and the series of join/parts fixes the bug.

It is possible to add and remove notes in the error state.
