Add a dashboard panel showing a list of upcoming unconfirmed appointments.
It should have a setting to choose how many days in advance should be shown. Default should be 7 days. The setting should be persisted in the database.
It should show only first three and then there should be a button saying "+N more" which leads to the appointments list filtered by unconfirmed.
If there are no unconfirmed appointments in the selected upcoming period it should say so but still show the button to open the appointments list filtered by unconfirmed.
