Unable to view comments in dashboard

I am trying to look at the Comments section in the dashboard for WBPaper00056368, but they will not load.

I can see them okay in the submission form.

This is related to the presence of 'special' characters in the comments (newlines). I've added some code to escape special chars before sending them to the dashboard. This should fix the problem
