@valearna I found another paper for which the transgene synonym is displayed instead of public name. EFA-6 was mentioned only as a protein name in the references. This would have been a false positive. The options are:

we decided to skip the transgene synonyms as the tables would need substantial clean up.
In the list of transgenes identified: the first one is displayed as EFA-6 (instead of gmSi13). @valearna can you please check why?
