transgene synonym instead of public name is displayed- Paper00057211 #152

In the list of transgenes identified: the first one is displayed as EFA-6 (instead of gmSi13). @valearna can you please check why?

@valearna I found another paper for which the transgene synonym is displayed instead of public name. EFA-6 was mentioned only as a protein name in the references. This would have been a false positive. The options are:

  1. to display the public name instead of the synonym (but this does not solve the problem of erroneous extraction)
  2. Do not match on synonym for transgenes

we decided to skip the transgene synonyms as the tables would need substantial clean up.
