Add linkout to WB pages for entities in select components

Add a linkout icon to avoid linking when clicking on the entity to select it, and a mouse over popup to say that the link goes to WB

added a button that appears when one or more entities are selected from the multiselect component. The button opens multiple windows if more than one entity is selected. It also manages cases where there is a mix of entities with and without IDs.

I tested this wrt viewing multiple genes and on Chrome, if I selected more than one gene, only one browser window opened with the first gene selected.

Add an FAQ to explain behavior on browsers like Chrome and what users should do to fix it (allow pop-ups).
