non coding genes not extracted #251

For this paper 00051491_Liu17 @valearna to take a look e.g. linc-32

The paper was processed by the old AFP pipeline and not by the new one, so genes were not extracted. The new pipeline is able to extract 26 relevant genes from the text, but the paper has not been processed (as it was processed by the old system).

We verified that everything looked ok for the paper. We discussed the possibility to process old papers with the new ACKnowledge pipeline, but this should be part of a separate ticket. I'll close this one
