Change source for PDF files from tazendra to ABC #280

Since we switched curation from tazendra to the new dockerized system, PDF files are not going to be uploaded to tazendra anymore. We need to point to the Alliance ABC to download new papers. This may need more discussion @vanaukenk @draciti
