transgenes and variations overlap- Paper00056039 #59

We found already examples like this, where transgenes and variations have the same nomenclature. In this case the entities have been extracted for both classes. One way to solve this it would be to exclude extraction of variations that have 'status: "Dead"' muIs32- transgene, dead variation

We are going to include only variations that have 'live' status

added the filter to select only "live" variations. Moving to 'need testing'

tested ok
