intellectual_lineage.cgi not used ? #21

intellectual_lineage.cgi has been transferred, but it doesn't even work on tazendra. I've removed it from tazendra 2023 02 24. If no one complains about that when we're moving to dockerized, we should remove it from the repo

Valerio found the WB website code that might be getting the lineage information, and it might be getting generated from Datomic at https://github.com/WormBase/website/blob/staging/lib/WormBase/API/Object/Person.pm in which case we don't need this
