Add jenkins to the docker-compose services.

Jenkins will be used to install and run docker containers for the following pipelines:

ACKnowledge
Entity extraction - antibody
Entity extraction - email addresses
Entity extraction - expression cluster
Variant first pass

Copy jenkins config from textpressoncentral. Remove jenkins from textpressocentral when done.

Add automated backup of jenkins configuration
