Tissue expression: anatomy term exclusions and renaming #21

Exclude the following terms from the annotation set as well as from ontology (to prevent them appearing as common ancestors)

  1. hermaphrodite
  2. hermaphrodite-specific, gets
  3. body region

Renaming:

  1. male-specific --> male
