Include gene regulation sentences for only information poor genes #23

For information poor C. elegans genes: Templates:

  1. When less than 4 genes: is regulated by \<gene 1>, \<gene2> and \<gene 3> based on \<method1>, \<method2> and \<method3> studies.
  2. When more than 3 genes: is regulated by several genes including \<gene 1>, \<gene2> and \<gene 3> based on \<method1>, \<method2> and \<method3> studies.

Include only 3 genes, chosen based on Textpresso popularity score, order by popularity.

Placement: After expression pattern and anatomy (when present) but before molecule(chemical regulation)
