WS269 prerelease files bug: related to phrase 'tiling array' in expression cluster sentences #25

Three types of bugs found with the phrase 'tiling array'

  1. WB:WBGene00003098 lys-9 lys-9 is enriched in the NSM based on tiling and array studies;

Remove the 'and' between 'tiling and array'

  1. WB:WBGene00005629 srj-50 srj-50 is regulated by several genes including sir-2.1, hpl-2, and cyc-1 based on microarray, tiling, and array studies;

Remove the comma and the 'and' between 'tiling, and array'

  1. WB:WBGene00005833 srw-86 srw-86 is enriched in the CEM and the PVD based on tiling, array, RNA-seq, and microarray studies.

Remove comma between 'tiling, array'
