How and when to include expression cluster data #30

Include expression cluster data to those genes with no Orthology, no GO and no tissue expression data

  1. Add all three data categories (anatomy, gene regulation and chemical regulation) if they exist for a gene)
  2. Trim for the anatomy terms (currently being done for only C. elegans); include upto three terms in the sentence, using common ancestors and covered set
  3. Trim number of genes in the gene regulation sentence to three genes based on Textpresso popularity score, order by most popular
  4. Trim number of chemicals by including a count of them and mentioning upto three chemicals, based on first three mention in files
