when expression sentences are trimmed to "the cell", the resulting description is wrong #41

When "the cell" is selected after trimming, the additional prefix "is expressed in several tissues including" is added, and the rule to put "is expressed widely" in the final description does not work correctly. The sentence generator needs be updated considering the trimming case.
