WS272 pre-release file: some elegans gene names in non-elegans species descriptions need capitalization #46

In non-cgc gene names of the style 'c03g6.5', 'c17b7.4' the letters need to be capitalized. Examples

  1. WB:WBGene00024111 CBG00774 Is an ortholog of c. elegans c17b7.9; f07b7.14; and w09b7.3. Is predicted to encode a protein with the following domains: domain of unknown function duf19 and uncharacterised protein family upf0376. Orthology sentence needs to be rewritten as: Is an ortholog of c. elegans C17B7.9; F07B7.14; and W09b7.3.

WB:WBGene00024112 CBG00775 Is an ortholog of c. elegans f10g2.1. Is predicted to encode a protein with the following domains: domain of unknown function duf19 and uncharacterised protein family upf0376.

Needs to be 'F10G2.1'

Looks good, letters in sequence names now capitalized, bug fixed.
