synchronize configuration files between alliance and wormbase #50

We decided to use the same configuration file for WB as the one used at the Alliance. Make sure to update WB file with the latest Alliance changes

B malayi went from 0 to 3349 predicted GO process sentences. Similarly, all other non-elegans species gained GO process descriptions which were previously empty because no experimental data was available. This is part of the sync process and we decided to show all predicted data for WB.
