Some protein domain descriptions are empty #53

This is due to a bug in the function that checks whether there's non-empty data for protein domains. After fixing this bug, we lost a number of empty descriptions

Tested and this bug is now fixed for WS283, but note that the 6,849 loss of automated descriptions compared to WS282, is most likely due to this bug fix. Will post in blog for WS283 release.
