Do not use elegans VC2010 gene identifiers in non-elegans species orthology files #55

We need to avoid using VC2010 elegans gene identifiers for generating orthology statements for non-elegans species genes to C. elegans.

  1. We can ignore elegans VC2010 "chrIpilon.xxx" type identifiers OR
  2. We can use only "WBGeneXXXXXXXX" type identifiers so that all other identifier types get ignored

Code now ignores VC2010 "chrIpilon.xxx" type identifiers. Resolved for WS287.
