Change sentence template for protein domain sentence #62

Change sentence template for protein domain sentence from "Is predicted to encode a protein with the following domains:" to "Is predicted to encode a protein with the following domain(s):" to indicate the optional plural.

This should be already fine, but we are keeping the ticket open for testing

@valearna Tested this for the 20230707_c_elegans.txt file (second file for WS290) and indeed the code does know how to handle the plural/singular for domains.
