The build process here the EBI has been modified to dump a file containing class-id -> value pairs,
as per the fixture added in the commit (WS_builld-data.out).
The command generate-report:
reads a "reference" file in the format :
compares ids of corresponding classes in the database against the reference file
stores the ids of classes to values in the same format as the reference file (such that it can be used in a subsequent run, using future so that it's done in a background thread)
prints (and writes to file) a report, one line per-class, with the headings:
claas missing added identifical
Which are a count of the difference between the two data-sets.
