Re org proj structure

@a8wright This is the beginnings of factoring out the code into separate sub-packages.

There's a lot here - sorry! (Was not able to split into smaller PRs)

Testing

• Imported of a subset of the latest data (geneace, WS252 models)
• Command line arguments still work (reduced verbosity of some commands)
• All (new) tests defined pass when running lein test from the project root.

  Notable

• Removed all modules not used by the main pseudoace pacakge. web/curation/java Ace client-server code
• The change in structure now means that lein test works:
  • Added beginnings of new test cases for existing code
• Made an effort to make most code compliant with clojure style guide as previously discussed on slack (https://github.com/bbatsov/clojure-style-guide)
• Re-factored the ace-to-datomic (cli) module (Resolve required keyword arguments from the functions)

  Todo

There's more to be done before this should be used for the next release:

• Move psuedoace.utils out into it's own package (used by colonade/trace/web systems)
• Incorporate the newly-forked Wormbase/acetyl package
• Add more tests
