Exclude reviews from VFP

• Read paper type from postgres (through wbtools) and exclude reviews
• Are there other types of papers to exclude (e.g., MicroPublications, book chapters) @Paul-Davis @MagdalenaZZ?

It might be worth treating book chapters like review papers, but I would think keep microPubs?

I talked to @kyook and @draciti and they would like to exclude micropublications from the main VFP pipeline, but possibly process them in a separate pipeline to verify that all the new variants in the uPubs are already in WormBase. This is the complete list of paper types that we have in our postgres DB. Can you check those that need to be included in the pipeline @Paul-Davis?
