Provide the users with some kind of visual feedback when they press "Save and apply changes" at each of the metadata cards.

Currently working on this issue in the dev-save-feedback branch.

Issue while implementing: Bootstrap's tooltipo('show') would give "no such method 'show' for tooltip widget instance".

Solution: Include Bootstrap.js after JqueryUI.js
